History For Rosetta Drink
The Rosita can be described as a modern classic.
As in, unlike many outstanding cocktails, it wasn’t created when guys wore bowlers and didn’t feel women should have the right to vote.
Mr. Boston’s Official Bartender’s Guide, a go-to source for bartending, appears to have first published it in a 1988 edition.
