History for Four Horsemen Drink
The Four Horsemen drink is named after the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and contains four hard liquors.
The drink’s name comes from the fact that the most popular brand names for each ingredient are also male given names, and the beverages include a lot of alcohol (and therefore tend to have a very strong effect on human physiology).
Furthermore, the four brand names usually all start with the letter “J”, bringing the “Four Horsemen” notion even closer together.
