History for Skylab Fallout
During the Skylab’s return to Earth in 1979, Pat O’Brien’s in New Orleans invented a cocktail called Skylab Fallout, which had a strong resemblance.
Blue curaçao liqueur, apricot brandy, grain alcohol, rum, and orange juice were used to make the Skylab Fallout.
Ingredients for Skylab Fallout
- 1/2 oz Absolut vodka
- 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
- 1/2 oz gold tequila
- 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz Everclear alcohol
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Instructions for Skylab Fallout
Top glass with ice and add the rum and Everclear first, then add the tequila, gin, vodka, and blue curacao.
Shake in the pineapple juice & garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
