- 1-pound corned beef
- 20 black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp soy Sause
- 1 ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon molasses.
Place it in a pot and cover it with water.
Let’s make it. Always use a low heat setting, this results in much more tender corned beef. Then preheat the oven to 350-degree F. Then glaze, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, dry mustard, and ground ginger.
