It might sound a little odd, but Bisquick Brownies is actually super delicious. These brownies just might become your new favorite, they are not overly fudgy, so you will love them if you prefer a cake-like brownie dress them up however you prefer. I like mine with decadent peanut butter and mascarpone frosting.

- 2 Eggs
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- Oil 2 cup
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
How to make Bisquick Brownies
Now let’s make this brownie, melt the butter first and allow it to cool, gently whisk the eggs, over mixing will make these more like a good chocolate cake than a brownie.
If you using a stand mixer, mix on the paddle attachment when baking, check after 18 min after that so they don’t overbake.
Use a good quality cocoa powder try espresso powder to boost the chocolate flavor. let check with any toothpick until it becomes dry your cake is ready.
